R\, on 25 March:\nRepresentations from the public can be submitted during

quasi-judicial process\, groups are not permitted to present to the commit
tee meeting.\nI have copied the Traffic Orders Team who can hopefully conf
irm whether and when this scheme is due to be presented to the committee a
nd how representations can be made. Information is also available on the C
 ouncil website.\n③ From Cllr Tim Pogson\, to KR\, on 25 March 2026\nHi K
en\, at last week’s Community Council\, I was asked about specific contr
ibutions to roads and footways from the Visitor Levy funding. The response
I have received is below. Let me know if I can provide any further inform
ation.\nThere is funding available specifically for footpaths (not roads a
s visitor connection is limited) - this first cycle of funding has focusse
d specifically on visitor heavy areas and mostly in the city centre\, with
a plan to move towards non-city centre footpaths in the next cycle. Along
side this there is some funding agreed for upgrades of town centres around
the city. Again\, the idea is to be able to fund similar activity in othe
r town centres in the next round of investment so even if it's not happeni
ng in the first three years\, there is a desire to continue investing VL i
ncome in the town centres in future cycles.\n④ Trams Trains for Edinburg
